Shipping and delivery

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Since we here at Small Tattoos Shop are always living in the artistic realm of abstract ideas and the imagination, it sometimes becomes difficult to remember the physical realities involved when providing our services to the hungry masses. So we wrote it all down to keep ourselves grounded:

Standard shipping (orders under 25$)

If we’re shipping it to you domestically (we are based in Europe), it will automatically be through Correos. All orders will be shipped within twenty-four hours of receipt and delivered to your doorstep within 2-7 days. Outlying areas may take longer. 

If you’ve decided to ship internationally, we’ll get it to you through Correos too. Delivery can take between 2- 21 business days, depending on how strict the customs agents are feeling at that particular moment. Outlying areas may take longer. 

Tracked & Signed Shipping (5$; free on orders over 24.99$)

If we’re shipping it to you domestically (we are based in Europe), it will automatically be through Correos too, but you will get a tracking code and you will have to sign the delivery. All orders will be shipped within twenty-four hours of receipt and delivered to your doorstep within 2-7 days. Outlying areas may take longer. 

If you’ve decided to ship internationally, we’ll get it to you through Correos too. You will get a tracking code and you will have to sign the delivery. 

Tracked & Signed Express Shipping (25$; free on orders over 59.99$)

It will be shipped through private company within 1-7 days, worldwide. During busy season (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.), deliveries may take slightly longer. When shipping with Tracked & Signed Express Shipping we will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

RETURN POLICY

When you aren’t happy with your purchase, we haven’t done our job correctly. If you have issues about anything with concern to sizing, quality, or your own expectations then just email us at hi@smalltattoos.com and we’ll either replace the item or refund your money within 30 days of purchase.

How to Exchange

Sometimes mistakes are made. An item can occasionally be damaged in shipping or might be defective on arrival from the factory. Look over your order and make sure that everything looks kosher. If something isn’t right, then contact us immediately. All defective or faulty items must be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery. Pick an applicable situation from the headings below and be sure to include it in your email subject.

1. Product is damaged / defective or does not work: Contact us by phone or e-mail and give us the details. We will give you instructions.

2. I’ve changed my mind and I don’t want it: If it is unopened and in its original condition, we are happy to take it back and refund the price of the product if returned within 30 days from the original order date. Items returned after 30 days will be refunded store credit only. No shipping costs will be refunded.

3. I didn’t get what I wanted: If you pushed the right buttons and we sent the wrong item, contact us and we will take care of it
