Delivery and returns

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Since we here at Small Tattoos Shop are always living in the artistic realm of abstract ideas and the imagination, it sometimes becomes difficult to remember the physical realities involved when providing our services to the hungry masses. So we wrote it all down to keep ourselves grounded.

ORDERS

Small Tattoos undertakes to accept and deliver orders within the limit of available stocks. In case items are temporarily or permanently unavailable, we will send you an e-mail so that you are informed. You will then have the option of modifying or canceling your order. In case of a cancellation because of the temporary or permanent non-availability of items, we undertake to give you a full refund as quickly as possible. In confirming your order, you are accepting all of our general conditions of sale.

DELIVERY

Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.

Please also note that tracked deliveries that cannot be delivered because of absent clients will be shipped again at the client’s expense or cancelled.

Once an order has been placed, the shipping option cannot be modified.

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided. Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if needed.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Regular Shipping (US$2.95 or FREE in orders over US$9)

If we’re shipping to Europe, delivery may take up to 2-15 business days. Delivery internationally can take between 2- 21 business days. No tracking number is available.

Please be advised that Small Tattoos cannot be held responsible for lost packages or delays for all non-tracked deliveries although we will do our best to sort it out with the carrier. 

Tracked & Signed Shipping (US$5.95)

If we’re shipping to Europe, it will automatically be through postal service. All orders will be shipped within twenty-four hours of receipt and delivered to your doorstep within 2-7 days. Outlying areas and busy periods of the year may take longer. 

If you’ve decided to ship internationally, we’ll get it to you through postal service too. Delivery can take between 2- 21 business days, depending on how strict the customs agents are feeling at that particular moment. Outlying areas and busy periods of the year may take longer. 

Sometimes, especially in busy periods (Christmas, Black Friday), delivery can take much longer, and there is nothing we can do about it. Your package is guaranteed, and you will get your money back if you not receive your temporary tattoos, but we cannot make a claim before two months after the shipping date.

Small Tattoos will not be held responsible for delays or returned packages, but will be held responsible for lost packages for all tracked deliveries, and after we confirm with the carrier that the package has been lost, we will send a new package or give the money back. This confirmation process can take up to 6 months since the order was placed.

Tracked & Signed Priority Shipping (US$25 or FREE on orders over US$89.99)

It will be shipped through private company within 1-7 business days, worldwide. During busy season (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.), deliveries may take slightly longer. When shipping with Tracked & Signed Express Shipping we will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We will not deliver through priority shipping to P.O. Boxes or Poste Restante.

Small Tattoos will not be held responsible for delays or returned packages, but will be held responsible for lost packages for all tracked deliveries, and after we confirm with the carrier that the package has been lost, we will send a new package or give the money back. This confirmation process can take up to 6 months since the order was placed.

UNCLAIMED SHIPPING POLICY

In case a letter is returned because it has not been claimed, Small Tattoos will not be held responsible if the letter is returned to our offices.

There is a $20 unclaimed shipping fee. During this process we incur costs in money, time and labor that are lost when an order is returned. All unclaimed shipment fees will be deducted from your refund. If your order falls behind the unclaimed shipment fee, you will not be elegible for a refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of a cancellation because of the temporary or permanent non-availability of items, we undertake to give you a full refund as quickly as possible.

If you changed your mind and wish to cancel your order before it's been shipped, 10% of your total amount with a minimum of $1 will be charged as a cancellation fee.

RETURN POLICY

All orders are final and we do not accept returns nor exchanges.

However, sometimes mistakes are made. An item can occasionally be damaged in shipping or might be defective on arrival from the factory. Look over your order and make sure that everything looks kosher. If something isn’t right, then contact us immediately. All defective or faulty items must be brought to our attention within a day after you receive the items. Pick an applicable situation from the headings below and be sure to include it in your email subject.

1. Product is damaged / defective or does not work: Contact us by e-mail with the details and some attached pictures. We will give you instructions.

2. I didn’t get what I wanted: If you pushed the right buttons and we sent the wrong item, contact us by e-mail with the details and some pictures attached. We will take care of it.

FRAUD PREVENTION 

All orders marked as at risk for fraud will be verified by calling and emailing the client. Please be sure to provide us with the right email address and phone number to avoid any delays in the order process.

CLIENT CARE
